The service and your agreement
Vegas Go (Android package com.dkw.vegasgo) is published under DKWeston and operated by dkweston llc, 63 N 1700 E, Spanish Fork, UT 84660-5788, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Questions may be sent to haronkplbd@gmail.com.
Adults aged 18 and over
You must be at least 18, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally permitted to use simulated gambling entertainment there. You are responsible for complying with applicable local restrictions. Vegas Go is not directed to children.
Entertainment only: no real-money gambling
Vegas Go offers five themed virtual-coin games for entertainment. Play involves simulated gambling, not real-money gambling. The service does not offer purchases or deposits, cash prizes, or opportunities to win real-world money or items of value.
- Virtual coins, balances, rewards, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
- Virtual items cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged for money or prizes, sold, or transferred outside the service.
- Game balances are not bank accounts, stored funds, investments, or debts owed to you.
- Success in simulated games does not imply or improve your chances of success in real-money gambling.
Permission to use the service
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. This does not transfer ownership of the app, its content, or virtual items. Content, branding, artwork, audio, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Fair and lawful use
- Do not cheat, exploit errors, automate play in an abusive way, or manipulate game balances.
- Do not disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, evade security measures, or access another person’s data.
- Do not impersonate others, harass people, submit unlawful material, or misuse support channels.
- Do not copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law allows it.
- Do not sell, trade, or promise payment for virtual coins or game access.
Keep your device and any access credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own conduct, but these terms do not impose liability on you beyond what applicable law permits.
Game progress and availability
Features, game rules, rewards, and virtual balances may change as the service is maintained. Progress may be affected by device changes, local data removal, technical errors, or service interruptions; restoration is not guaranteed. We may correct errors, address abuse, or modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. Such changes do not create a right to cash redemption of virtual items.
Support and responsible play
For technical issues, contact haronkplbd@gmail.com. Take breaks and stop playing if the experience becomes distressing or interferes with daily life. Vegas Go is entertainment, not a way to earn money or practice for financial gain.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The app uses third-party platform and SDK services, and external websites or services may have separate terms and privacy practices. These terms do not replace any rights or obligations that apply to your use of Google Play or other third-party services.
Suspension and ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address material violations, unlawful activity, security risks, or service discontinuation. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us to question a restriction. Uninstalling the app does not itself request deletion of information held by us or our providers; send a separate data deletion request.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and remedies, liability for fraud, or other non-excludable liability.
Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. Your mandatory local consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in a competent local court remain unaffected. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. Revised terms will be posted here, with additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law; if you do not accept them, stop using the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
