Delete Your Data

Request deletion of personal information and any associated Vegas Go account or saved progress held by us. You do not need to sign in or have the app installed to submit a request.

Email a Vegas Go data deletion request

The link opens your email app; review and send the message to submit your request. If it does not open, email haronkplbd@gmail.com directly with the subject Vegas Go data deletion.

This process applies to Vegas Go, Android package com.dkw.vegasgo, published under DKWeston and operated by dkweston llc.

What to include

  • State that you want to delete your Vegas Go personal information and any associated account and saved progress where held, or describe the specific information you want deleted.
  • Include a user or account identifier only if one is available to you. You can still request deletion if you do not know an identifier.
  • If you previously contacted support, mentioning that correspondence can help us locate the relevant records.
  • Tell us how to contact you about the request; replying to your email is normally sufficient.

Do not send passwords, government identity documents, payment information, or your Advertising ID unnecessarily. We will explain any additional information needed to locate data or verify a request and keep verification proportionate to the risk. An authorized agent may act for you where applicable law permits, subject to appropriate confirmation of authority.

What happens next

  1. We review the request and identify the records reasonably associated with you. If necessary, we ask for limited clarification or verification to avoid deleting another person’s information.
  2. Once the request is verified as needed, we delete the associated account, user-linked game progress, identifiers, usage records, and other personal information that we hold and that falls within the request, subject to lawful exceptions. We also address relevant deletion with providers processing information on our behalf, as required by law.
  3. We inform you of the outcome, any information that must be retained and why, or any additional step needed. If a request is refused or limited, you may reply to ask for review or appeal where available.

We respond within the timeframes required by applicable privacy law. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain the reason and applicable timing. A request does not require an account to exist: we can also review support correspondence and other identifiable information we hold.

Information that may remain

Limited information may be retained where necessary and lawful for legal obligations, security and fraud prevention, resolving disputes, establishing or defending legal claims, or documenting compliance with your request. Such information is retained only for the applicable purpose and period. Data that has been irreversibly de-identified so that it is no longer personal information may also remain.

Residual backup copies may remain until removed or replaced through the normal backup cycle, with safeguards against inappropriate use. Provider-controlled information is subject to that provider’s obligations and privacy process; we can explain when a separate request to Google, AppsFlyer, or Meta may be relevant. This does not replace our responsibility to act on requests concerning processing we control.

Progress and local device data

Deletion may permanently remove associated game progress and virtual balances where held, and we may not be able to restore them. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove locally stored data, but uninstalling does not automatically delete server-held data or submit a deletion request. Likewise, a server-side deletion request may not remove information stored only on your device; you can use Android’s app storage controls or uninstall the app to remove local app data.

Other privacy choices

You can request access, correction, or other available privacy rights instead of deleting your data. Android advertising settings may let you reset or delete your Advertising ID, but this is not a substitute for requesting deletion of existing information.
