Vegas Go is for adults aged 18 and over. It offers five themed games using virtual coins, with simulated gambling only: no real-money gambling, cash prizes, deposits, or purchases. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed.
Information we collect and why

Integrated services
The Android app uses Google Play services, AppsFlyer, and the Facebook SDK. These services may collect identifiers, device information, network information, and app events according to their integration, your settings, and applicable law. Google Play services supports Android platform functions; AppsFlyer supports attribution and measurement; the Facebook SDK supports Meta-related app-event measurement and advertising attribution. Advertising-related processing may involve these providers acting under their own privacy terms, not solely on our instructions.
Website cookies and app identifiers
Our website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. Website hosting logs are separate from browser tracking and may still be generated when you visit. The Android app’s SDKs and device identifiers are separate from the website and are covered by the app-related disclosures above. External sites you choose to visit have their own practices.
Legal bases where applicable
Where a law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the service you request and perform our agreement with you; for legitimate interests such as service security, reliability, fraud prevention, and improvement, subject to your rights and a balancing of interests; to meet legal obligations; or with your consent where required. Consent is used where required for access to device information or advertising-related processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Not every purpose relies on the same basis, and we do not treat acceptance of this policy as blanket consent.

Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Relevant factors include whether information is needed for an active service or support request, the age and usefulness of diagnostic records, security and abuse-prevention needs, legal duties, and the establishment or defense of legal claims. Information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Providers may have their own retention practices for processing they control. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed through the normal backup cycle, subject to safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the applicable conditions, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or objection to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, you may complain to your relevant data protection authority.
Residents of applicable US states may also have rights to know the categories and purposes of processing and disclosures, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and appeal a denied request. Rights to limit certain uses of sensitive information or opt out of qualifying profiling apply where the relevant processing and law make them available. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Android advertising controls
Android settings may let you delete or reset your Advertising ID or control ad personalization. Look under Settings, Google, Ads or a similarly named privacy section; available controls vary by Android version and device. You can also review app permissions and provider privacy settings. These controls may limit future identifier-based processing but do not automatically delete data already held or stop all diagnostics, service logs, or advertising. Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We are based in the United States. Information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate; those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, transfers must be supported by an appropriate lawful mechanism, such as a recognized adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
