Help us understand the issue
- Describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to the issue.
- Include your device model, Android version, and Vegas Go app version if available.
- For a game issue, include the game name and approximate time of the problem.
- You may include a user or account identifier if available and relevant; it is not required to send an initial request.
- A screenshot can help. Remove personal information or information about other people before sending it.
Never send your password, government identity documents, payment details, or an Advertising ID unless there is a specific, justified need explained through the support process. We do not need those details for an ordinary technical report.
Basic troubleshooting
- Check your internet connection and restart the app.
- Check for an available update through the official Google Play listing.
- Restart your device if the issue continues.
- Contact us before clearing app storage or uninstalling if you want to preserve progress; locally stored progress may be lost.
Virtual coins and game results
Vegas Go contains five themed virtual-coin games for adults 18+. It offers simulated gambling only, with no real-money gambling, purchases, deposits, or cash prizes. Virtual coins and rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed or cashed out. Support cannot convert a game balance into money or a prize.
